1.1. Identity and Contact Details of ONIRO

ONIRO
Rue Fontenoy 30
7500 Tournai
Company number: 0721.886.470

Any contractual relationship between one or more client(s) of ONIRO is automatically and by operation of law governed by the following contractual terms and conditions, to the exclusion of all other conditions.

1.2. Special Offers and Promotions

Special offers and/or promotions are always limited in time and can never be combined with any discounts granted by ONIRO.

1.3. Compliance

Our infrastructure meets the applicable standards and guidelines. As ONIRO places the utmost priority on cleanliness and hygiene, we expect guests to make every necessary effort, in the interest of all, to respect this priority under all circumstances and to show the greatest cooperation in this regard.

2. Reservations

2.1. Booking methods

There are different booking methods. Each form of reservation automatically and by operation of law implies your agreement to the application of these contractual terms and conditions.

Reservations are made as follows:

  • Rooms: online
  • Suites with private spa: online

2.2. Deposits

Les réservations pour les chambres ou spa privatif ne sont définitivement prises en compte par ONIRO qu’après réservation de paiement par carte de crédit par nos services.

A payment reservation is a temporary hold placed on your credit card. No charge is made at that time. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, this hold may be converted into an actual charge.

ONIRO reserves the right to carry out a pre-authorisation of the credit card prior to the arrival date.

No deposit is requested or charged for rooms or suites with private spa.

3. Cancellations and No-Shows

Reservations for rooms and suites with private spa are subject to the following cancellation conditions:

  • Rooms and suites:
Cancellation is possible up to 72 hours (3 days) before the arrival date. If the cancellation is not made within this timeframe or if the guest does not show up (no-show), the equivalent of the first night's stay will be charged to the credit card provided by the guest at the time of booking.

In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the booking guarantee remains definitively and irrevocably retained by ONIRO as compensation for the administrative costs incurred. The guest concerned may neither assert any rights against ONIRO nor request a refund of the booking guarantee.

In the event of cancellation within the stipulated timeframe, the booking guarantee for rooms and suites is refunded by bank transfer to your bank account.

4. Payment of the remaining balance after use of the facilities

The remaining balance due at the end of the period of use, including costs related to any services, beverages consumed and meals ordered, is preferably paid in cash upon leaving ONIRO's facilities, or settled immediately by Bancontact or credit card.

ONIRO cannot be held liable either for the loss or any damage to guests' personal belongings – including vandalism, theft, improper use or consumption – nor for (un)intentional assault and battery inflicted by third parties for whom ONIRO is not responsible. This list is not intended to be exhaustive.

Lost items can always be handed in at reception, where they will be kept for one month.

8. Damage

The guest undertakes to return the rooms/suites with private spa in perfect condition at the end of the stay/use and to declare and financially assume any damage for which they may be responsible.

9. Hygiene, health and safety

Before using our wellness facilities in complete privacy, it is mandatory, in the interest of all and in your own interest, to take a thorough shower and to properly disinfect your feet.

ONIRO expects its visitors to use the facilities responsibly, with the required care, endeavouring to avoid accidents or injuries under all circumstances. ONIRO places priority importance on safety and hygiene, and we expect guests to do the same in the interest of all and in their own interest.

Guests must always bear in mind that the facilities made available by us for the private spa are spaces to be considered as wet areas; stone structures, and in particular floors, can therefore always present a risk of slipping or loss of balance due to a film of water or moisture from condensation. It is therefore advised to exercise appropriate caution and to wear slippers (available) at all times. The use of these slippers is moreover mandatory.

If you suffer from any health conditions (circulatory, cardiac, respiratory disorders, allergies, asthma…) or if you are pregnant, please do not fail to inform us, as some of our services may be contraindicated. Always consult your doctor for personal advice.

We ensure systematic cleaning and disinfection between each reservation.
