Your access card allows you to enter the hotel and your room at any time. A safe is available for your personal belongings.

Check-out: until 11:00 AM

By law, we are required to register you with a valid passport or identity card.

Room Occupancy

Our rooms and suites are designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests, in order to guarantee comfort and privacy.

Non-Smoking Property

In accordance with current legislation, the entire property is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted outside.

Smoke detectors are highly sensitive to ensure your safety. In case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €150 will be charged.

Housekeeping is carried out between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM. If you prefer not to be disturbed, you may lock your door from the inside.

Need help with your luggage? Contact reception. You may also store your luggage before check-in or after check-out.

Laundry service is provided by our partner Cool Concept. Please leave the laundry bag at reception.
